Our Riesling grapes are picked at the first sign of ripeness, when the grape sugars are balanced by a crisp acidity, and the fruit flavors are delicate and true to a Germanic style. The aromas are of white peach, tropical fruit, and floral with a clean, crisp and refreshing finish.
