Mount Palomar Viognier 750ml
This wine has citrus, lemon peel and floral aromas over just a hint of oak. The mouthfeel is suprisingly big and the finish lingers for quite awhile. We've increased the complexity of the nose by blending in 14 % Chardonnay and 5% Riesling.
It is a terrific food wine, matching particularily well with lightly sauced white meats, white sauce pastas and, especially with seafood.
