Gorgeous tropical fruits, pineapple in particular, as well as honeysuckle and some floral notes jump from the glass of this pure, rich wine that exhibits subtle oak but is dominated by its fruit.
Combining grapes from the cool climate regions of southern Sonoma Valley and the Russian River Valley give this Chardonnay bright fruit aromas of red apples, baked pears and citrus zest followed by a lush and viscous mouth feel with a lingering, crisp finish.
The release of our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay bursts with vivid citrus and fresh green apple aromas, laced with subtle notes of honeysuckle and clove. On the palate, flavors broaden into rich spiced apple and crisp lime zest, with vanilla and caramel tones adding richness and texture on the finish.
The Meridian Chardonnay is light, crisp, and well balanced; very good ripe citrus flavors from start to finish.
100% Chardonnay, this wine opens with delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom followed by ripe pear, golden delicious apple, lemon and quince amid notes of ginger, toasted oak and vanilla. Rich, full flavors of granny smith apple, pear, zesty lemon and passion fruit with balanced acidity and a long, smooth vanilla finish.
Chardonnay grapes enjoy an extended period maturing on the vine, resulting in fruit with impressively concentrated flavors. The natural richness of our Chardonnay was enhanced by partial barrel and malolactic fermentation coupled with extended aging on the yeast lees, resulting in a luscious, complex wine. The nose reveals ripe apple, melon, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas enriched by creamy malolactic tones, spicy French oak nuances, and enticing baked bread scents.
